Blue Ribbon Burgers



Blue Ribbon Burgers, another nice hamburger meat recipe to try ...great one !

HAMBURGER MEAT INGREDIENTS
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (4-ounce) package cream cheese; softened
  • 1 (4-ounce) can mushroom pieces
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese; crumbled
HAMBURGER MEAT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Shape the mixture into 12 thin patties, each about 4-inches in diameter.
2. Mix the cream cheese and the blue cheese. Top each of 6 patties with the cheese mixture, spreading to within 1/2 inch of the edge; press the mushrooms into the cheese. Cover each patty with one of the remaining patties, sealing the edges firmly.
3. Broil or grill the patties 4-inches from the heat, turning once, until the desired doneness is reached and cheese is melted, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Blue Cheese Burgers



Blue Cheese Burgers another great hamburger meat recipes...!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 3 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 6 kaiser rolls, split
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. For sauce, in a small bowl stir together yogurt, blue cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and mustard. Cover and chill until serving time.
2. Crumble ground beef into a large bowl. Add green onions, bell pepper, salt and pepper; mix well. Shape mixture into six 3/4-inch-thick patties.
3. Grill patties on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 14 to 18 minutes or until meat in no longer pink, turning once.
4. To serve, toast cut sides of kaiser rolls on the grill. Serve patties in toasted rolls Top patties with sauce.

Hamburger Meat Homemade for School Meals

 


Ingredients
1 kg Ground Meat (beef / chicken / fish)
1 tbsp Ground Pepper
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Step
1. Stir well all the ingredients, shape the ingredients into a round and flatten. Arrange it on a baking sheet that has been oiled. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes or you can also cook on a Teflon pan over medium heat until cooked. Once cooked, cool and ready to be stored in a container. Put it in the freezer. Ready to be reheated before being used as a lunch.
